Shipping

Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order. Shipping time vary depending on the destination.

​Orders shipped within Canada and the US may take between 2-7 business days.

​Orders to other parts of the world take between 5-16 business days.

Tracking is available to the buyer.

Figures by Christina does not take responsibility for stolen or lost deliveries.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges. We do not offer returns. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. To exchange an item, email figuresbychristina@yahoo.com with your detailed sizing for the exchange and order number.

All items found on page "Shape wear" are non-returnable due to hygienic reasons. ​Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone since your purchase you are unfortunately not eligible for an exchange.  

Liability

The cost of returned items is the liability of the customer. Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty or the wrong item has been shipped. Please allow 5 to 7 working days from the date we have received the parcel for the item(s) to be checked and for the return to be processed.
